This hotel had a great location, close to the ski slopes and easy access to different valleys. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa was small but nice. the breakfast had a decent selection of fruits and pastries, and the rooms had good sound isolation, making it quiet for a good night's sleep and privacy.

The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from including cold cuts, cheeses and yogurts. The location was also quite convenient, being just a short drive away from major attractions. the staff was friendly and always willing to lend a hand.

The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. the room had poor sound isolation and we could hear other people's conversations.
